Flush Mount Ceiling Fan – To remove a hampton bay flush mount ceiling fan, the first steps is, turn off the switch that operates the Hampton Bay ceiling fans. As an added precaution, turn the wall switch, if the fan is connected to a wall outlet. Place a step stool under the ceiling fan. Second, remove globes and bulbs, if your device has a light fixture. Loosen and remove the screws with a screwdriver. Lower the canopy away from the house.
Sixth, remove the nuts that hold the motor housing to the mounting stud with a wrench. Lower house and hook a page on the hook of the mounting bracket. Turn the plastic wire caps fix the flush mount ceiling fan motor wiring to the house wiring counterclockwise. Separate wires and twist the caps on the ends of each house line until you are ready to connect them to another fixture. Seventh, unhook the ceiling fan motor housing from the mounting plate hook. Unscrew the bolts mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box with the screwdriver.
